Restoration projects:

At Happy Old Iron we restore tractors and equipment the way it should be done: complete dismantling, cleaning, checking, repair, sand blasting and painting. You can see in the pictures that we're not afraid from projects.

  • Ca 1910 Champeyrache:

The start                               The gearbox had to be cleaned

Yes, this has to become an engine again, and yes, this is a detail from the oil pump. We re-used most parts. Actual oil pressure is 1,5 Bar at idle speed.

The children show their interest.

The bottom panel was a little rusty and deformed.

Partial assembly and the bottom panel already looks better. It is formed from a single sheet.

New side panels and details from some sandblasted parts.

The oil pan just needed cleaning........

And the result is ..............
.........A nice running eye-catcher and a one of a kind.
