For sale is this Hart-Parr 28-50 tractor, the so called New York special  on its original extra heavy cast steel wheels.  The tractor is a project and the price includes the 11 Feed mechanic oiler, the 4 cylinder magneto, the carburettor and the spare engine as pictured.
